Scarlett is an experienced accelerating specialist working at Global Entrepreneurs Foundation(“”GEF””) based in Korea as a manager of International Startup Center. Now she has worked with around 20 international startups to start up their business in Korea. She deals with two different accelerating programs. One is an accelerating program backed by KISED, Korea to incubate and accelerate 20 international startups to start up their business in Korea. The other is our own accelerating program called HSRing. She analyzes all of the startups and finds and provide what they need.
GEF is an officially-approved foundation and an accelerator by Korean government. It runs an accelerator named HSR EPICENTER. Before GEF, Scarlett worked at a MICE conference to organize a global-level conference.

Scarlett is enthusiastic to learn new areas, such as blockchain, AI, IoT, and etc.

Milton Cohen-Henríquez S. Presently, Panamanian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain and former Minister of Government (Interior) of Panama during 2014 to 2017 and member of the National Assembly between 1990-1994. Where Mr. Cohen-Henríquez presented and got approved of the Civil Service Law in Panama, as well as promoted the creation of the Office of the Ombudsman.

Sustains vast experience within panama´s political and social realm. Bearing an MBA in Law & Political Science from Universidad Santa María La Antigua, Panama (1992), that furthermore bestowed him the post as Director before several Authorities such as Transportation, Civil Aviation and Passports of Panama. Married to a renowned journalist Alexandra Ciniglio and father to five children, Milton, Alejandro, Ana Esther, Victoria and Emmanuel. A leader and active participant within the Popular Party of Panama (formerly Christian Democratic Party), wherein he was reelected it´s President after the successful 2014 general elections, a post he has occupied ever since the year 2009 to present.

Result oriented in Panama’s sensitive social matters and hence commissioned as Project Director the UN Sponsored Improvement of the National Penitentiary System Project since 2002 to 2005; he also headed the “Yes vote” committee for the National Referendum to Expand the Panama Canal in 2006 and the Civil Services Appears Committee (1995 – 1997). Throughout of his career he has held several important posts within the media including the press, T.V. and radio, such as: Deputy Director of the newspaper “El Panama-America” (2003 – 2005); Director of the daily newspaper “El Universal” (1997 – 1998); News Services Manager at RPC T.V. and radio (1995 – 1996); Director an Anchor of the TV show “Perspectiva” (1994-1996); currently anchor and joint owner of the radio program known as Info-Analysis since 2005 to date.

He also presided in the National Assembly the committees of Commerce, Industry and Economic Affairs (1992-1993); as well as the Budget Council (1990-1992).

Philippe Szombat is an entrepreneur, sales expert, sales trainer and coach specialized in entrepreneurship, startups and scale-ups. He has worked 15 years for Fortune Global 500 companies such as XEROX, HP, Unisys and Oracle.

He co-founded TweetWall Pro now known as SocialWall Pro and made its success worldwide with clients such as The Voice, Mobile World Congress, Obama and the co-founder of Twitter Biz Stone.

He founded BrightBiz in 2013 where he helped hundreds of startups to reach success. He uses to be jury members of international startup contests and is renowned as a sales guru in the startup eco-system.

He speaks 5 languages, among them Spanish.

PhD in Biology with Extraordinary Award. Professor in the University of León. She has taught various subjects in the Higher and Technical School of Agricultural Engineering and in the Faculty of Biological and Environmental Sciences. She has participated and directed more than 30 national and European research projects.

She has published more than 100 scientific articles and presented more than 60 papers at international congresses. Vice-rector at the University of León for 7 years (2008-2015), with a wide range of competencies including planning, development and management of Information and Communication Technologies as well as the direction of the area of ​​Technological Innovation of the University of León, both in terms of teaching and research, the management of the Green Office, the Publications Service, university libraries and the infrastructures of the Vegazana and Bierzo Campus.

Member of several Foundations such as Fundación Las Médulas, Fundación Santa Barbara and Fundación Centro de Supercomputación de Castilla y León since its creation in 2008.

Since July 2015, she is Director General of Telecommunications in Junta de Castilla y León.

Javier has more than 12 years of experience in venture capital, corporate development and capital markets.

He started working at PwC in the Auditing department and after he joined Banesto (Banco Santander), where he spent 2 years in the capital markets division.

During 2008–2014 he worked at Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV), global leader in the development of renewable energy assets, as head of the Structured Finance/M&A division in Spain and Corporate Development in Africa

Previously to Axon, Javier was responsible for Corporate development and investor relations at Playthe.net, a startup dedicated to digital signage.

He holds a bachelor in Business administration from San Pablo CEU University and an Executive Program in Structured Finance and Private Equity and EMBA from IE Business School.

The professional career of Juanjo Santacana has always been linked media´s world. He began his professional career in Arribanewspaper and later worked in the Ministry of Culture. Next, he was the founder of Expansión newspaper and went on to collaborate with renowned international newspapers such as The Economist and Dagens industri. He also founded different magazine like Super Foto, Team Líder, Habla, Emprendedores and Quo, among many other publications. After this stage in written press, he entered television directing Caza y Federación program for Royal Spanish Hunting Federation. In 2005, he returned to the publishing world with elEconomista newspaper where, after one year, he began to hold the deputy editor until now.

He is currently the coordinator of the Motor sector, director of Orus magazine, newspaper design and sections such as Business Management, Evasion.
