Solution: We make it easy for businesses to hire migrants by providing custom on-demand training for the specific skill sets participating companies require and accompanying their integration within the workforce and corporate culture.

Funding and Impact: We seek €650,000. Accumulated profit on Year 5 is €1.6 million and the value of our social impact is €142 million. After that, profit grows to over €2 million/year.
