IRRISmart is an advanced water management Decision Support System (DSS) that allows to adopt the most efficient irrigation strategy according to the specific needs of the crops in any particular moment. IRRISmart is based on the coupling of in-field measurements of the parameters that affect water availability with mathematical models capable of providing a real-time water status of the plants, allowing to decide the best action in any given moment.
The collected data is analyzed by the IRRISmart proprietary software, assessing the water status of the plant.
